Kentucky State Police responded to a complaint of a man being in possession of several rifles in Ohio County.
According to officials, when they arrived to the residence of Charles Ralph, Ralph said he did have the supposed guns. As police continued their investigation, they learned Ralph was a convicted felon. Ralph was arrested and charged with 8 counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and 1 count of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
Charles Ralph was taken to the Ohio County Detention Center.
