A traffic stop in Owensboro leads to a drug arrest of Owensboro man. Kentucky State Police say they made a traffic stop on US Highway 60 Bypass near Pleasant Valley Road.
During the investigation, troopers arrested 34 year old Devonna Velazquez of Owensboro on the following charges possession of controlled substance first degree, first offense, methamphetamine; drug paraphernalia; operating motor vehicle under the influence of drugs, alcohol, first offense careless driving.
Velazquez was taken to the Daviess County Detention Center.
