Indiana State Police say a Hardin County woman and two men from Indiana have been arrested on attempted murder and other charges following an incident last December in Perry County.
An investigation determined 23-year-old Elizabeth Potts of Eastview, Kentucky lured the unidentified victim to an undisclosed location, where 30-year-old Jacob Burch of Huntingburg, Indiana and 28-year-old Dakota Hedinger of Cannelton allegedly assaulted the victim with baseball bats.
The victim was airlifted to Deaconess Hospital in Evansville with life-threatening injuries.
A Special Judge in Spencer County, Indiana issued arrested warrants for the three this week. Potts was already lodged in the Perry County Jail after an arrest in January, with Burch and Hedinger taken into custody, without incident, on Wednesday morning.
