Hayley Jade Adams, better known as Hay Hay or Princess Hayley Jade, age 3, passed away on Tuesday, August 6, 2024.
She was born in Owensboro, KY on June 11, 2021. She was preceded in death by her Nonna, Rhonda Adams; and her Nana, Patti Klockow.

One sister: Makenzy Alexa;
Her grandparents: Billy and Stephanie Adams;
Her great-grandparents: Bill and Diane Adams, Joan Adams, and Lee Klockow.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at Radiant Church. Burial will follow in St. George Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at Hager Funeral Home from 3 until 8 p.m. on Friday, and at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday.
