The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet announced there will be overnight closures of the I-71 North ramp and westbound lanes on I-264 beginning Monday, September 30.
The ramp from I-71 to I-264 west will be closed starting at 9 p.m. and last until 6 a.m. Tuesday, October 1. There will also be lane closures near mile marker 22.6 on the westbound lanes of the Watterson Expressway during that same time as crews work to patch the pavement.
The roadwork was originally scheduled a week earlier but was postponed due to weather.
There will be posted detours for drivers who are impacted as well as delays in the work zone and detour route.
