
A National Weather Service survey team visited wind damage from severe storms on Sunday (6/21) night in northern Meade County Tuesday (6/23) morning.
The team determined that the damage was caused by straight line winds or a microburst, with speeds of 80-90 mph The damage was located to the north of the radar signature Sunday night. Crews also discovered damaged caused by an estimated EF-0 tornado with winds estimated near 85 mph in the community of Central in Harrison County, Indiana.
Surveys remain ongoing.
