The suit filed by Connie Gale Horsley on October 5th names the Fiscal Court, Judge-Executive Maurice Lucas, Fourth District Magistrate Willis Bosley and former road department foreman Ernie Nix as the defendants.
The allegations in the suit date back to 2010, a year after Horsley had been appointed by then Judge-Executive Ray Powers to the position of Office Manager and Inventory Control Specialist for the road department.
Horsley’s suit seeks compensatory and punitive damage at a jury trial.
