
A Louisville man is charged with the murder of 48 year-old Alton Crockett Tuesday (11/10) night outside a Taco Bell on Dixie Highway.
Saturday morning in arraignment court, 47 year-old Dennis Stinnett heard all the charges against him. Stinnett, who is a convicted felon, is charged with murder, possession of a handgun, tampering with evidence and defacing a handgun. He was Friday afternoon and is being held under at $100,000 bond.
Two other people, who officers wanted to speak with about the crime, are also now facing charges after running from police.
The confrontation turned into a car chase and crash before officers caught up with them behind the Mall in St. Matthews where they kicked in the door of a home and hid from police for two hours before surrendering.
Police wanted to question 39 year-old Larry Edward Chaffee and 34 year-old Angela E. Tingle. They both had felony warrants.
Caffee’s bond is $100,000 for charges that include burglary, assault and wanton endangerment of a police officer and meth possession.
Tingle is charged with burglary and possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bond is set at $10,000.
All three are back in court on November 24.
