Indiana State Police are conducting a death investigation after decomposed human remains were discovered near a bridge in Harrison County.
The remains were found near Matthew Welsh Bridge, off of State Road 135, on Thursday afternoon.
The Indiana state anthropologist is expected to investigate the case.
