Amber Franks and her boyfriend, Jeffrey Mitchell, were transported Thursday back to Kentucky from South Carolina.
Franks walked away from a work detail on September 6 near the Glasgow square, and was found in South Carolina two days later.
Franks was working in the Barren County Government Center when she left out a side door and walked through an alley where there was a car waiting to pick her up.
Franks was in the Barren County Jail on a robbery charge.
