A man was shot on Kefauver Road in Millwood Monday (02/20) morning.
Just after 8 a.m. the Grayson County Sheriff’s Office and Grayson County EMS personnel were dispatched on a report that a man had been shot.
Upon arrival at the scene, Grayson County Sheriff Norman Chaffins discovered a male subject had been shot in the abdomen.
He requested Kentucky State Police to conduct the investigation.
The victim, who was conscious at the scene, was transported to Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center by Grayson County EMS. Due to the dense fog, a helicopter ambulance was not immediately available for transport to the trauma center.
