A small percentage of voters in the Guston precinct cast their votes Tuesday (5/23) in a special election concerning the sale of alcohol.
Out of the 827 registered voters, 173 voters cast their votes on the question: “Are you in favor of the sale of alcoholic beverages in Guston (F105) precinct?”
The proposal passed by a wide margin with 140 “Yes” votes and 33 “No” votes making it permissible to sell alcohol in the Guston precinct of Meade County.
