A Radcliff man has been indicted for two counts of attempted murder by a Hardin County grand jury.
Broderick Justice-Miller, 26, was arrested and charged after firing 10-12 shots in an attempt to take the life of another, according to the indictment.
Justice-Miller admitted to the Radcliff Police Department that, after taking his handgun from his home, he walked to the vehicle of his girlfriend who was involved in a sexual act with another man.
Justice-Miller then opened the car door, pulled out his girlfriend, and fired at the man with her several times, according to police.
Radcliff Police Chief Jeff Cross said the 24-year-old man who was shot had non-life threatening injuries.
Justice-Miller then left the scene to go back to his apartment.
A few of the fired rounds hit a nearby apartment building with some entering a room where two people were sleeping, according to the citation. Police recovered bullets in a closet in the room.
In addition to being indicted on two counts of attempted murder, Justice-Miller also was indicted on first-degree assault and two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment.
Attempted murder and first-degree assault are Class B felonies punishable by 10 to 20 years in prison, if convicted. First-degree wanton endangerment is a Class D felony punishable, if convicted, by one to five years in prison.
