Bridge work will close the northbound lane of Interstate 65 for several hours Thursday night (10/22) at mile marker 58 in Hart County.
Green River Bridge work will require the northbound right lane to be closed beginning at 7 p.m. CDT. This closure will also close the northbound rest area at mile point 59 and northbound Exits 65, 71 and 76 due to the fact that all traffic will be routed into the left (inside) lane. The closure will last until approximately midnight.
Although the lane closure will begin at 7 p.m., the rest area ramp to re-enter I-65 will be closed at 8 p.m., allowing 1 hour to empty travelers out of the rest area.
