A farming accident claimed the life of a Breckinridge County man Friday (4/22) afternoon.
Emergency units were called to a residence at 345 Thornhill Estates around 1 p.m. where 87 year-old Herman Tucker had been hooking up a piece of equipment to a tractor when it apparently jumped into gear and ran over him.
Tucker was pronounced dead at the scene a Breckinridge County Deputy Coroner.
Breck Central EMS, Harned Fire Department and the Breckinridge County Sheriff’s Department responded to the scene.
