A man already indicted on dozens of counts of false making of a debit or credit cards is facing a new charge.
Gerson Tamayo-Morales, 22, was indicted with two others in February. Today, Metro Police filed a new charge of misuse of electronic information.
Officers say they found a skimming device used to gather card information from gas pumps in Morales’ attic.
Morales was on home incarceration when arrested on the new charge. He is being held at Louisville Metro Corrections and is scheduled to be arraigned on Saturday morning.
