A Meade County child suffered minor injuries after a accident involving a car.
According to Kentucky State Police, the accident happened around 7:45 pm Monday (6/27) evening in the around 170 Gaines Road at the intersection of Gaines Farm Road. A 10 year-old juvenile rode a bicycle into the path of a black 2002 Toyota driven by 23 year-old Corey Brockman of Louisville.
The juvenile was taken to Kosair Childrens Hospital in Louisville by Meade County EMS for minor injuries. The Meade County Sheriff and Fire Departments assisted state police at the scene.
