
A Morgantown man has been indicted in the deaths of a retired pastor and his wife last month in southcentral Kentucky.
According to a Kentucky State Polic news release, 34-year-old Kevin Dye was charged with two counts of murder and one count each of handgun possession by a felon, receiving stolen property and being a persistent felony offender in the second degree.
A Butler County grand jury indicted Dye on Wednesday. Dye was served at the Butler County jail, where he was held Wednesday.
Police said previously a family member found 71-year-old Kenneth Neafus and 70-year-old Dorothy Neafus dead inside their home on August 9.
