A traffic safety checkpoint leads Kentucky State Police to a drug arrest in Ohio County.
Police say they found Richard Roby of Utica was in possession of miscellaneous drug paraphernalia and marijuana in plain view in the bed of his truck, Roby was also driving with a suspended license.
Officials also found Roby had a large amount of suspected methamphetamine.
Richard Roby was arrested and lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center.
