A Central Hardin High School junior was killed Tuesday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Bacon Creek Road and Ky. 222 near Glendale.
Audrey Shoulders, 16, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Hardin County Coroner’s Office.
Shoulders was a member of Future Farmers of America at Central Hardin High School.
Her vehicle and a black truck collided. Two people in the truck received minor injuries, according to Kentucky State Police spokesman Jeff Gregory.
Hardin County Schools spokesman John Wright said counselors will be at the school for support for students and staff on Wednesday.
The crash remains under investigation by the Kentucky State Police.
