A change of venue was filed for Timothy Madden Friday (3/31).
Madden is charged with murder, rape, sodomy, and kidnapping in the death of 7-year-old Gabbi Doolin from Allen County. She was killed on November 14, 2015 during an Allen County-Scottsville High School football game behind the sports fields.
Timothy Madden’s attorney, Travis Lock, said it will be tough for his client to get a fair trial in Allen County or any of the surrounding counties, therefore he filed the venue change request.
The trial could begin in January 2018.
