A Russellville man was indicted after being accused of putting a counterfeit weapon of mass destruction on the Logan County Justice Center grounds.
Joshua Davis is charged with Terroristic Threatening.
On March 27, police secured the area around the Justice Center after the bomb threat. The device was found to be a hoax.
The same day a similar device was found at the Todd County Courthouse.
