A accident Wednesday (9/26) night in Meade County sent the driver to the hospital.
The accident happened around 8:35 pm at the intersection of Brandenburg and Hayesville Road. The driver was treated at the scene by Meade County EMS and then airlifted by Air Methods Air Ambulance to University of Louisville Hospital for their injuries. The Meade County Sheriff’s Department was assisted at the scene by the Ekron Fire Department.
