An Owensboro pastor has been booked into jail on a theft charge.
Greater Vision Baptist Church’s pastor, 62-year-old Kenneth Shaver of Utica, is charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition of Property $10,000<$100,000. The arrest citation for Shaver shows he is accused of spending more than $10,000 that belonged to the church operating fund. He is being held in the Daviess County Detention Center on a $25,000 cash bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on March 24. Source: WBKO
