An 18-year-old man from Henderson was arrested after police say he shot a victim earlier this month.
On August 1, Henderson Police officers were called to the area of 1400 Cumnock Street for a shooting.
Police say investigators determined Deandree Neblett shot into the air multiple times and at a vehicle after an argument.
The victim, who was in the car, was reportedly found later with gunshot wounds to both legs.
Officers say the victim was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
A week later, Neblett was arrested on a warrant and booked into the Henderson County Jail on $75,000 bond.
He is being held in jail on a charge of Assault, 1st Degree.
