Teresa Kay Osborne, age 54 of Battletown, passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at UofL Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Edward Mitchell.
She is survived by…
Her mother: Alice Faye Jenkins;
Two children: Sarah Jane Schroeder and Douglas James “DJ” Schroeder;
Four siblings: Allison Osborne, Nathan Osborne, Lorie Mitchell Case and Bobby Mitchell;
Numerous grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m.on Monday, July 6, 2026, at the Hager Funeral Home in Brandenburg. Burial will follow in North Hardin Memorial Gardens in Radcliff.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Monday.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the funeral home to aid the family with funeral expenses.
