A 52-year-old Beaver Dam man was killed when his motorcycle struck a deer on Rochester Road.
The Ohio County Sheriff’s Office says John Decker was northbound in the 500 block of Rochester Road around 10:30 a.m. Friday, when he struck a deer and lost control of his motorcycle. Decker ran off of the right side of the road, striking a tree and a fence. He was pronounced dead by the Ohio County Coroner.
The collision is being investigated by the Ohio County Sheriff’s Office.
