A Radcliff man was arrested Friday on charges of first-degree wanton endangerment, unlawful possession of a weapon on school property and third-degree terroristic threatening.
Stephan Faulkner, 18, is lodged at the Hardin County Detention Center after Radcliff Police Department served a warrant on an incident that took place on March 15.
Police said the warrant was based on a complaint by a victim who discovered a video posted on Facebook including Faulkner and an unknown male stating they would kill the victim the next time they saw him.
According to the warrant, on March 15, the victim was leaving school and observed Faulkner in the parking lot at North Hardin High School.
Faulkner attempted to call the victim over so he could “break him.” A juvenile witness stated Faulkner brandished and pointed what appeared to be a black semi-automatic hand gun at the victim.
The terroristic threatening charge is a class A misdemeanor punishable by up to 12 months in jail if found guilty. First-degree wanton endangerment and unlawful possession of a weapon on school property are Class D felonies punishable by one to five years if convicted.
Faulkner is being held under $5,000 cash bond and is scheduled for video arraignment at 8:30 a.m. Monday in Hardin District Court.
