Meade County Fiscal Court held a short special meeting Tuesday morning to finalize some fiscal year-end business.
The court opened bids for repairing the air condition units at the jail which includes replacing the coils and drain pans.
There were two bids submitted. Shardein Mechanical submitted a bid of $41,500 and DeBra-Kuempel submitted a bid of $33,128.
The court unanimously voted to accept the lower bid submitted by DeBra-Kuempel.
