Meade County Sheriff Deputies responded to a home on Homer Richardson Road in Meade County on Friday (12/07) after receiving a call for medical assistance.
The female caller stated she needed medical assistance as she had shot her husband in the leg following a domestic situation.
Deputies requested assistance from the Meade County Sheriff’s Office Detective Division
The injured male was flown to UL Hospital for his injuries, which are believed to be non-life threatening.
The case remains under investigation by the Meade County Sheriff Detectives.
