
President Trump’s plan to implement tariffs on China, Canada and Mexico has gone into effect and experts warn that could make everyday prices like groceries more expensive.
Shoppers have already been feeling higher prices, due in part to bird flu driving up egg prices and on-going inflation.
Produce could soon get more expensive due to tariffs levied against Canada and Mexico. According to the USDA, the majority of fruit and vegetable imports to the U.S. come from Mexico.
