A Muldraugh police officer was arrested Thursday (03/27) for allegedly being impaired while on duty.
The Meade County Sheriff’s Office and Kentucky State Police were contacted by Muldraugh Police chief, Tim Jackson to assist with an investigation of his officer, Jay R. Burke.
At the conclusion of the preliminary investigation, Muldraugh City Police officer Jay R. Burke, was arrested on the charges of D.U. I. and Reckless Driving and was lodged in the Meade County Detention Center.
This is an ongoing investigation.
