Meade County Judge-Executive Troy Kok, on behalf of Meade County Fiscal Court, has issued an executive order for all flags to be flown at half-staff in Meade County from sunrise on Monday, May 12 until sundown on Thursday, May 15, in remembrance of Joe Greer who served Meade County for twenty years.
