James Phillip Baskett, age 90 of Brandenburg, passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at his residence.
He was born on September 1, 1935 to the late Roscoe Thomas and Elsie Louise Stovall Baskett.
He is survived by…
Two cousins: Bret Marcum and Monty Klusmeier; and several other cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at the Hager Funeral Home in Brandenburg. Burial, with military honors, will follow at 1 p.m. at Evergreen Cemetery in Louisville.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 6 until 8 p.m. and on Thursday from 9 a.m. until the time of service.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Ekron Baptist Church Building Fund.
