The Barren County Sheriff’s Office responded Tuesday to a two-vehicle crash with injuries on Tompkinsville Road.
When deputies arrived, they learned that a 2016 Chevrolet Cruze, driven by Brooklyn Burton of Glasgow, was trying to make a left turn into a driveway when the vehicle went into the path of a 2002 Dodge Durango, driven by Ronald Van Rossum, also from Glasgow.
Burton and their passenger, Kendrick Langston, of Bull Gap, Tennessee were taken to the T.J. Samson Community Hospital for treatment of their injuries, according to police. Langston was later airlifted to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville for further treatment.
The driver of the second vehicle, Van Rossum, was also taken to T.J. Samson Community Hospital for treatment.
The Barren County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by the Temple Hill and East Barren Fire Departments along with Barren-Metcalfe EMS.
