A Kentucky sheriff is on the other side of the law as he faces multiple charges and was put in jail.
Breckinridge County Sheriff Todd Pate was arrested Monday evening (10/5) in Warren County after he was observed driving recklessly.
Pate was charged with reckless driving; possession of an open alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle; and failure to wear a seat belt. Police also served a warrant from Breckinridge County on terroristic threatening related to a domestic issue.
Pate was lodged Monday night around 7 pm in the Warren County Jail on a $1,500 bond. He is expected to be arraigned Tuesday (10/6). Breckinridge County Sheriff’s Department Chief Deputy Bruce Anthony confirms Pate’s arrest but has no other comments at the present time.
